Would like a way to entire ALL client information - name, email, phone, address, birthday, etc. in one go without needing to save, and re edit a different section

If a traveler is part of a booking we shouldn't have to add them to the trip itself. They should cross populate

The billing address defaults to New when adding a credit card, but would be nice if it just defaulted to Primary so there'd be one less click for us when adding a new payment method

It would be helpful if we could generate and view a client statement without being forced to download it in order to view.

Would be great to add DOB as a field to fill in when creating a new client

It would be great if the date of birth was in the first block when you enter a client profile. It is the most important piece of information after Full Name, and it would eliminate having to scroll down. Not a deal breaker, but would be so nice to have.

Manage users, splits, permissions, etc

Trip Suite should be programmed to "do the math" to update the Balance Due any time the Total Fare box is modified. Leaving it to the advisor or coordinator to haul out the calculator and refigure amounts is exposure to error at the very least, and a considerable waste of time. The two numbers separated by a slash provide very little meaning. That area could be better utilized to show total cost of trip/amount paid/balance due.

Need paragraph breaks in Note fields within Preferences, Programs, Passport, etc. All text runs together with formatting removed after saving.
