There needs to be a way that agents know there is an attachment or a message in notes... Like make those tabs either go bold or highlighted... I added a note to a profile and the only way I could alert other agents there is a note I had to put SEE NOTES in "pronouns" box so it shows on opening page. :/

There is no way to see trip tags unless you open up the trip to edit. Please display these on the trip when you open it.
