ATTACHMENTS AND NOTES NOTIFICATION

There needs to be a way that agents know there is an attachment or a message in notes... Like make those tabs either go bold or highlighted... I added a note to a profile and the only way I could alert other agents there is a note I had to put SEE NOTES in "pronouns" box so it shows on opening page. :/

Under the Trips, if notes are added to the trip, it would be nice to have the notes tab highlight, or give a number, to show notes are included.

Agreed. Perhaps a little check mark .. which indicates such to indicate attachments are present. I LOVE the attachments feature -- very helpful .. stops a lot of email searching!

Agreed - an icon or different color to indicate that there is an attachment there would be very helpful!
