In this example the hotel name is listed 3-4 times with no distinguishing information as to which location of the hotel we can select in the booking. In the supplier list, each hotel of this group starts with the same name, the weblink and phone number are the only distinguishing factors for their different locations. Choosing a supplier without knowing which location we are choosing impacts the itinerary and invoices the supplier for commissions. This is an urgent fix please. Thank you

Please add some identifying information like client name to email subject so that we can organize form emails rather than them all looking the exact same and we can't tell who is who without opening each email.

We need to be able to look at the group, see all the travelers, and see their passport exp and issue dates (along with the PP # which is already visible)

It would be helpful to have a line item under Trips to show that insurance was declined. This allows everything to be displayed and easily accessible in one section. Currently, I display an insurance company and then for the confirmation, I type Declined and non-commissionable

If you create a "Dummy" Trip with dates in the the future as a work around since there is no way in TS to create task lists that are not trip specific, it would be helpful to have a calendar view so that you can easily see what tasks are upcoming. It would also be helpful to get reminders of tasks that were not marked as completed.
