Need to be able to drag and drop tasks in a different order within a task list - either from the workflow area or within a trip.

It would be really helpful to be able to type "Four Seasons" into the suppliers search field, see the overarching brand info first (we would enter our rep and their contact info, our latest training presentations from them, relevant promotions, etc) THEN we would see a list of all the individual location profiles.

A new IC (IC 2) whose client list I imported included a client who already existed in our system belonging to another IC (IC 1). The system matched via the email and updated the info for the client as IC 1's client - leaving the cleint assigned to IC 1 rather than switching him to IC 2. Ultimately, it's good in this instance that the client remained assigned to IC 1, but all of the info IC 1 had in the profile was overwritten by the info IC 2 had in their data. The client uploader within TS only shows you a preview of the first 25 names so I'm sure that the system caught that the client's email already existed, but IC 2 had thousands of clients and that client wasn't in the first 25 rows. As a result, I couldn't see the system flag it and I didn't have a chance to fix it.

It's great we can collect this information from clients, but we also need to send securely to suppliers. Please build!

As a daily Trip Suite user, I would like to share that the response time when entering a trip or booking, or making any modifications to previous entries is extraordinarily slow. There is a huge pause from the time the data is entered to receiving the response that it is in the system. As our workloads are huge and we are grateful for wonderful business, it is taking too long to get the necessary "back office" work completed. I hope that your teams will look into all options to improve this situation for all Cadence users and make it a very high priority as you upgrade the system. Thank you, Nancy Burger

I would love a way to export all of the health section of a profile into a group report per trip. For example, I have a group of 9 people traveling. In order to give suppliers a list of dietary, health and mobility items, I have to go into 9 separate profiles and make a list in my email. It would be so very handy if there was a way I could export that information easily.

Programs should have a dedicated expiration date field to track things like UK ETA, etc.

Ability to add expiration date for gift cards, or ability report on date added for gift card

Would love a way to update marketing preferences for a large group of clients, rather than having to go into each profile and manually check/uncheck the boxes.
