Trying to track where our leads are coming from. There is no way to do this right now.

The billing address defaults to New when adding a credit card, but would be nice if it just defaulted to Primary so there'd be one less click for us when adding a new payment method

More useful when an advisor can see which client/trip the payment is connected to rather than Supplier name over and over

Associates within our agency should be able to view the email contact that another advisor attached to a trip. Many advisor assistants work on the same trips for Travel Advisors when they are out of the office. So being able to view the email details would by more efficient. It appears that only the creator or recipient of the email attached to a trip can view the detail of the email. Thanks

As is shown on commissions on our Statements when we export into Excel, it would be so helpful to have the client name (in addition to the trip name) for markup items.

In FORMS it would be great to place hyperlinks to external information for the clients to click to view before signing a form. In "Trip Statements" it would be great to link an external site for either agency information or supplier information form their sites.

Needing to add clients from a from that predated TS forms and it's taking hours. Would be super helpful to be able to import with spreadsheet. Would also be super helpful to be able to update marketing preferences for a large number of clients without having to go into each profile one by one. Efficiencies!

please remove all airlines from commission chasing and commissions late since they are unique to posting off commissons

Add an email integration where we can set up email templates to be sent on first day of travel, last day of travel, etc. Bon voyage emails, welcome home emails, etc.
