As a daily Trip Suite user, I would like to share that the response time when entering a trip or booking, or making any modifications to previous entries is extraordinarily slow. There is a huge pause from the time the data is entered to receiving the response that it is in the system. As our workloads are huge and we are grateful for wonderful business, it is taking too long to get the necessary "back office" work completed. I hope that your teams will look into all options to improve this situation for all Cadence users and make it a very high priority as you upgrade the system. Thank you, Nancy Burger
