It's really becoming tricky for me to figure out who is who since I have so many clients with the same name (e.g., John Robert Smith III who goes by Bob, John Robert Smith Jr. who goes by John, John Robert Smith Sr. who goes by Johnny). I cannot see the suffix when selecting the primary client on a trip or a booking (only their email address and phone number). So, unless I know each traveler's phone number or email by heart, I need to look up this info in order to figure out which John Robert Smith is the III, Jr and Sr. I'm making up these names but I currently have this issue across several clients.

I'm excited to see that this is planned. Can we also make the default on the page you land on when you click on Clients to be Preferred Name as the first column and then last name? Currently it's First Name and Last Name. It would help our team to always be reminded of the name the clients go by instead of their formal first name. Thanks so much!

Jacey Jones Do we have an update on when this will roll out? We have a number of clients who don't go by their first name. It would be great if, when searching a client, a) preferred name could be searchable and b) the name would appear in the list of results when searching a name in Individual Profiles under Contacts like it does when you look at members of a group e.g., Catherine Elizabeth Smith (Lizzy) instead of showing up as Catherine Smith (and requiring us to open the profile in order to see the goes by name). Does that make sense? It would also be great if preferred name was in parentheses in the Client Name column of the Trips tab.
