Store CC Auth Details in the booking

Currently we send a detailed CC auth to the client to complete and approve us to charge their card with a supplier. But when they complete the CC Auth details I cannot find it stored in the booking, trip or client record. This is critical information for us to complete the process of booking with a client credit card. Storing it any of the following places would be great. The TRIP Attachment, TRIP Notes or BOOKING Attachment.

The legal aspect of needing these details is as follows, In a court of law when a client reverses a charge we have to prove with documentation that the client approved a charge we requested an which card they approved for us to charge on their behalf, this required an electronic signature to show the client in fact approved the charge, otherwise the agency becomes responsible for the charge with a supplier, such as an airline. The credit card company will always side with the card holder unless we have this detailed documentation.

It's stored, but we can't VIEW it. That is the issue. I have resorted to storing mine in the notes section of payment so I can see it. The entire client profile is wayyyy to clunky and long. Too much scrolling and unnecessary info fields.

Confirming that there are plans to enable you to track which credit card you used for each booking.

Hi Team- It gets added to the client profile. This is the case for our dedicated credit card authorization form or a card approval invoice.
