For form submissions sent to email, is it possible to have the client’s name (from the name field in the form) populate in the subject line?

Currently, multiple submissions stack in a single Gmail thread each day because the subject is the same (e.g., 'New Form Submission: Traveler Profile Form'), which can create clutter and make it easy for a form to be missed. Adding the client’s name to the subject line would create a separate email for each submission, keeping client info organized and easy to reference. Thank you!
