There needs to be a way to email Client Payment (fee) receipts to clients upon processing. We are currently taking a screenshot of the receipt and pasting that into an email to send to the clients from our Outlook. We need a more efficient way of processing and sending receipts.

Invoices now automatically send a receipt when the client submits payment. You can also create a receipt only version if you've already processed the payment.

As this is being worked on, offer a "beta test" or advance look at what appears on the payment receipt, whether that's for a fee or other payment. They are kind of awkward IMHO.

Agreed, email integration has got to be a priority - we need the efficiency and modern performance expected from a CRM.
