Associates within our agency should be able to view the email contact that another advisor attached to a trip. Many advisor assistants work on the same trips for Travel Advisors when they are out of the office. So being able to view the email details would by more efficient. It appears that only the creator or recipient of the email attached to a trip can view the detail of the email.
