After a PNR is created via Merge to PNR, we are having to manually enter so many remarks. We are doing this via quick key, but it would be ideal if we could add agency level commands or remarks that would merge over to the PNR during the creation phase. Ideally there would be a separate area in the Merge to PNR box that would be like Agency Info or something and you could check or uncheck custom commands/information that you'd want entered in the PNR. The commands could or would apply to all bookings, not necessarily advisor specific (although at some point that would be nice too).
